ABOUT ME

My name is Rowan. I have been working with senior leaders and teams in FTSE 100 companies for more than fifteen years.

 

My expertise is in supporting organisations to build resilience by developing the capability to bounce back, adapt and thrive in challenging situations. As we have seen from COVID-19, building resilience is a skill that businesses will need to increasingly prioritise to succeed in the years ahead.

 

This is a subject which deeply fascinates me. Please take a look at my insights to get a better flavour of how I approach this work.

 

I am an accredited executive coach with the EMCC. I am also training as a Gestalt psychotherapist and work for the NHS as part of my clinical placement.
